About Us

What began in 2010 as a simple creative outlet quickly grew into something so much more—a business rooted in love, purpose, and family.

Princess Tutus Boutique was born shortly after the birth of my son, Conner, who has Down Syndrome. Like so many life-changing moments, his arrival shifted everything in the most beautiful way. He became my inspiration, my motivation, and the heart behind what would grow into this journey. What started with a desire to create something meaningful from home soon turned into a passion for designing pieces that celebrate life’s most important moments.

I am a wife to my husband, Darren, and together we have built a life centered around family, faith, and resilience. Our journey has not been without loss. We said goodbye to our daughter, Bethani, shortly after her birth in 2003, and in 2022, we lost our son Tyler in a tragic accident. Tyler left behind two beautiful children who continue to bring light and love into our lives each and every day.

These experiences have shaped not only who I am as a person, but also the heart behind my work.

Over the years, my passion has grown into what you see today—custom embroidery and appliqué work that is deeply personal, thoughtfully designed, and carefully crafted with intention.

Every piece created here is more than just a garment. It’s a story. A memory. A celebration. Whether it’s a baby’s first outfit, a team shirt worn with pride, a business logo representing years of hard work, or a keepsake made from a loved one’s clothing—each item is stitched with care, precision, and heart.

As a small, family-centered business, the work I do is incredibly personal to me. I understand the meaning behind these pieces because I live it every day. I know what it’s like to hold onto moments, to celebrate milestones, and to want something tangible to remember them by.

That’s why I take such pride in every detail—from the quality of the garments I choose, to the placement of every stitch, to the final presentation in your hands. My goal is to create something you don’t just wear, but something you feel connected to.

This business is more than what I do—it’s a reflection of love, legacy, and the moments that shape us.

Thank you for being here, for supporting handmade, and for allowing me to be a small part of your story.

With love,
Kelli
