At PTB Embroidery, every item is thoughtfully made to order and customized specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create and want you to love your order.
Please note:
• All sales are final due to customization and personalization
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color choices, or changes of mind
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, we will gladly replace it.
For replacement requests:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item and issue
• Once approved, we will create and ship a replacement at no additional cost
