Processing & Turnaround Time

All items are made to order with care and attention to detail.

Our current standard turnaround time is up to 2 weeks (14 business days) from the date your order is placed.

Please note:
• Turnaround time does not include shipping time
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays
• During peak seasons, turnaround times may be extended


Keepsake & Customer-Provided Items

Keepsake items require customers to ship garments or materials to us before production can begin.

Please note:
• Turnaround time for keepsake items begins once your items are received, not when the order is placed
• Delays in shipping your materials will result in extended turnaround times
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers when sending your items to us

We recommend sending items promptly and using a trackable shipping method.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and location. Please note:
• Shipping time is separate from processing time
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers
• Once an order has been shipped, it is in the carrier’s control

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

PTB Embroidery is not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, PTB Embroidery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
• Please check with your local post office and neighbors
• File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

We are happy to assist you with information needed for claims.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.

Once approved, we will gladly replace the damaged item.
